The only way to get Vitamin D is to get more sunlight? Hmmm...I guess Vitamin D milk does not really contain Vitamin D?

^^ haha that's great. Seriously though there are other ways to get Vitamin D besides exposure to sun. Other ways include eating certain types of seafood, or drinking milk with vitamin d (like the guy before me said). Another way is to take vitamin-D supplements.

And you really don't need to be exposed to sunlight too long to get the benefits...about 15 minutes or so should do the trick, so how about just take a walk outside and get a little exercise too instead of just lying down in a tanning bed? Just saying...
