•Oct. 8, at 6:23 p.m., Christopher J. Martin, 18, of 820 Henninger Hall, was arrested in Henninger for possession of a false ID. He was assigned a Nov. 18 court date.
•Oct. 8, at 12:31 p.m., John F. Aye, 19, of 435 Tanner Hall, was arrested in Tanner for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was assigned a Nov. 18 court date. Another student was issued a judicial referral for smoking cannabis.
•Oct. 8, at 5:17 p.m., an individual reported a possible hate act when fliers announcing the appearance of a Holocaust survivor were torn down in Simpkins Hall.
•Oct. 8, at 11:44 p.m., a student in Lincoln Hall reported being verbally threatened by another student known to him. The incident is under investigation.
•Oct. 9, at 5:09 p.m., Collin S. Bishop, 18, of 714 Henninger Hall, and Benjamin J. Chruscinski, 18, of 1209 Thompson Hall, were arrested north of Higgins Hall for possession of drug paraphernalia. Each was assigned a Nov. 18 court date.
•Oct. 9, at 8 p.m., a student reported her cell phone was stolen in the vicinity of the Thompson Hall ATM machine between 12:45-1 p.m. that day.
•Oct. 9, at 8:04 p.m., a student reported his wallet containing $65, three credit cards, a debit card, an ID, an Illinois FOID card and a copy of his Social Security card was stolen from the Brophy Hall locker room.
•Oct. 9, at 11:15 p.m., Ryan S. Zeman, 18, of 715 Thompson Hall, was charged with theft under $300 and possession of stolen property when he was found to have flag No. 17 from Western's golf course in his room. He posted $100 cash bond for a Nov. 7 court date.
•Oct. 10, at 8:46 a.m., a Harry Mussatto Golf Course employee reported that $250 in damages had been done to the grass on the 8th hole green.
•Oct. 10, at 1:07 p.m., a student and the Union Service Center reported that a $100 counterfeit bill had been passed to the service center. The incident is under investigation.
•Oct. 10, at 2:40 p.m., Teresa Para, 19, of 617 Corbin Hall, was arrested in Tanner Hall for domestic battery and battery. She was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
•Oct. 11, at 12:42 a.m., Phillip Mann, 19, of 1006 Higgins Hall, was arrested in Bayliss Hall for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned a Nov. 18 court date.
•Oct. 11, at 10:45 a.m., a student reported that her vehicle's windshield had been broken while parked in Q-Lot West. Damage was estimated at $300.
•Oct. 11, at 4:35 p.m., one student in Grote Hall was judicially referred for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.
•Oct. 12, at 12:46 a.m., Douglas Digiovanni, 18, of 506 Henninger Hall, was arrested near Charles and Adams streets for obstructing justice (providing false information) and illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
•Oct. 12, at 1:33 a.m., Tyler Carey, 18, of 616 Thompson Hall, was arrested in the University Union lot for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and attempted theft after officers observed Carey allegedly attempting to steal bicycles from the north side of the union. He posted $100 cash bond for a Nov. 5 court date.
•Oct. 12, at 6:06 a.m., Christopher Williams, 19, of 629 Higgins Hall, was arrested in Q-Lot East for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and attempted theft after officers observed Williams allegedly attempting to gain access into vehicles. He was lodged in the McDonough County Jail.
•Oct. 12, at 11:56 a.m., a university employee reported that someone had drawn graphic images in permanent marker on the women's side elevator and sixth floor of the women's side in Thompson Hall.
•Oct. 12, at 6:43 p.m., the Macomb Fire Department responded to a fire alarm on the second floor of Thompson Hall. It was determined that the alarm was activated by cookies that had been burnt in the oven.
