A mere 10 minute walk from the World Trade Center's former location, a 17th century African cemetery with over 10,000 bodies was uncovered in the early 1990s during construction of a General Service Administration building in Lower Manhattan. What was supposed to be a Spit It Out forum on interracial dating ended up being an open forum about the topic Wednesday night, after the scheduled panelists did not arrive. Over 250 people gathered in the Western Illinois University Union to see sororities perform dances and short skits at a variety show, the culminating event of the White Rose Challenge.
