A resounding chant could be heard around campus and the Macomb Square last Thursday, as protestors marched in Western Illinois University's 19th annual Take Back the Night march and rally. This year's theme was Break the Silence, Stop the Violence.

Western adopts National Billiards Association
This marks the first year for the Western Billiards Association, the only billiards club at Western Illinois University. The WBA was formed by the club's president, applied math graduate student Scott Zuelhke, to spread the entertainment of playing pool, provide a great way to make new friends and to build a sense of community between students and faculty.…

The eighth annual Flores De Cultura Pageant, hosted by the Latin American Student Organization, was held Oct. 10 at 7 p.m. in the Western Illinois University Union Grand Ballroom.
