•March 25, at 3:47 p.m., a person reported she has been receiving harassing phone calls from a male caller and harassing text messages. The incidents are under investigation.

•March 25, at 8:32 p.m., a student reported that her debit card had been stolen and charges totaling $4,242.65 had been made against her checking account between Feb. 12 and March 13. The Office of Public Safety and the bank are investigating.

•March 26, at 7:23 p.m., a resident of Thompson Hall reported that her checkbook, debit card, store credit card and $60 were missing from her purse, which had been dumped out in her unlocked room when she had briefly left the room. The resident's roommate's purse had also been upended, and the roommate reported that her wallet, credit card, ring, gift cards, driver's license and $60 in cash were missing.

•March 26, at 8:13 p.m., a resident of Thompson Hall reported receiving threatening messages on Facebook from a person known to him.

•March 26, at 8:20 a.m., OPS was notified by the Macomb Police Department that an employee of an apartment complex near campus reported receiving a handwritten note in the complex's payment drop-box that indicated there would be a shooting on the Western Illinois University campus. •March 27, at 12:07 a.m., officers responded to a call from a resident of Henninger Hall who stated that a friend had seen a male outside Thompson who he believed to have a weapon. OPS officers investigated and determined the report unfounded.

•March 27, at 2:36 p.m., a student reported being verbally harassed by a person known to her.

•March 27, at 6:10 p.m., a student reported that she had been attacked and beaten by two unknown females sometime between 2:30 and 3:30 a.m. in Q-lot near Henninger Hall. The incident is under investigation.

•March 29, at 1 a.m., James Urquiza, 20, of 1106 Higgins Hall, was arrested in Higgins for illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor. He was assigned an April 29 court date.
