Dulski, along with Vice President David Campos, has begun to outline the upcoming school year with issues SGA will definitely face.
"I have already been working diligently with David, while discussing some possible issues and ideas that we can bring to SGA while the two of us are in office," Dulski said. "Obviously people are going to want to know about student fees and how they are going to affect them, and the +/- system is another issue that I am positive will be around next year."
A sense of teamwork and trust are the two main attributes that will be present between vice president and president, according to Dulski. He added he has no doubt in high level of compatibility among all members of SGA.
"David and I are very different, which is beneficial with what we have to bring to the table, but we do work extremely well together and we are going to work extremely well with all members of SGA and all the students here at this amazing institution," Dulski said.
According to Dulski, his experience as a student is the sole reason he is completely confident in his abilities. He said the student body needs someone they can relate to and he is the man for the job.
"I've seen just about all the aspects of student life here at Western. I want to make sure that everyone has the same opportunity as I had - an unbelievable one," Dulski said.
Although he realizes the task of surpassing the accomplishments of the previous SGA cabinet will be difficult, Dulski said the key to success lies in exploring the unknown.
"It's going to be really hard to show up what the previous cabinet did this year, but we are going to try new things and see where it all takes us," Dulski said.
It is also in the president's plans to change the structure of SGA meetings, making them more productive and "to the point."
"We are going to try and hold SGA meetings every other week and use the off time to conduct committee meetings, because the committees are really the heart of the SGA," Dulski said. "If we can accomplish that, the SGA meetings as a whole will be a lot more productive and strictly business."
He added he would like the current cabinet to develop the ability to tackle any obstacle that might "jump in the way of progress."
The future of the "Taste of Macomb" also ranks high on Dulski's list. He said the festival has the potential to achieve great things.
"They started something amazing for SGA with the 'Taste of Macomb,' and it's not only something that we can tag our name on, but it is something that is amazing for the community and the students," Dulski said. "I'm really grateful that the previous SGA started that, and I'm excited to have the opportunity to keep the tradition alive."
He added that the thought of next year's possibilities make him smile every time and he cannot wait to get started.
