Junior catcher Drew Laidig blasted two home runs on Thursday, leading the Leathernecks to a 12-8 victory against Coe College. The inability to score late in games has hindered the 'Winds softball team in three previous games and did so again against Iowa on Wednesday, as they fell 2-0. Everything from covering beats, working with writers and designing pages have become second nature over the last two years.
